I am the one who goes into a burning building when all others are running out.

I am the one who trains constantly to save lives.

I am the one who sometimes doesn't see my family for days because of an emergency.

I am the one who is on duty seven days a week for you.

I am the one who visits your children's schools to talk about safety.

I am the one you see every day but you don't know my name.

I am the one who doesn't get paid for my services.

I am the one who is proud of what I do for you and the area I live in.
